  220 Any complaint referred to in paragraph 22.1(3)(b) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act that is filed with the Procurement Ombudsman during the period beginning on July 1, 2017 and ending on the day on which this Act receives royal assent is deemed to be a complaint referred to in paragraph 22.1(3)(b) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act as enacted by section 224 of this Act.
