1For the purpose of subsection 10(9) of the Expropriation Act, the following maximum amounts are prescribed:(a)for each day that counsel, representing the objector, is reasonably required to attend the hearing, $600;(b)for the reasonable accommodation and travelling expenses of the objector for each day that he or she is reasonably required to attend the hearing, $140; and(c)for the actual and reasonable costs of written or prepared materials, if any, used by the objector or his or her counsel in the assertion of the objection at the hearing, $200.
