1This Order may be cited as the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office Privileges and Immunities Order.

Privileges and Immunities

2The privileges and immunities accorded to consular posts under section 3 of the Foreign Missions and International Organizations Act are hereby granted to the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, and persons connected therewith, in Canada including members of their families forming part of their households in Canada, who are not nationals or permanent residents of Canada.
