1This Order may be cited as the Ocean Data and Services Fees Order, 1993.

Interpretation

2In this Order,CPU means central processing unit; (UCT)TWL means Tides and Water Levels. (MNE)

Fees

3(1)Where the Department of Fisheries and Oceans provides a person with any ocean data or analyses set out in column I of an item of Part I of the schedule, that person shall pay to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, in addition to any fees required by subsection (3), the fees set out in columns II and III of that item.(2)Where the Department of Fisheries and Oceans provides a person with a service set out in column I of an item of Part II of the schedule that is necessary to provide any data or analyses not set out in Part I of the schedule, that person shall pay to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, in addition to any fees required by subsection (3), the fee set out in column II of that item.(3)Where the Department of Fisheries and Oceans provides a person with ocean data or analyses, that person shall pay to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, in addition to any fees required by subsection (1) or (2), for any processing or materials set out in column I of an item of Part III of the schedule, the fee set out in column II of that item.
