Interpretation

2In this Order,Department means the Department of National Revenue; (ministère)technical publications means interpretation bulletins and information circulars in respect of taxation, and advance tax rulings, published by the Department. (publications techniques)SOR/96-496, s. 2

Fees

3Any person to whom the Department provides, at that person’s request, subscription services in respect of technical publications published in the year or two years immediately following the request shall pay to the Receiver General a fee of $20.00 for a one-year subscription or $35.00 for a two-year subscription, as the case may be.

4Any person to whom the Department provides, at that person’s request, the complete set of current technical publications published prior to the request shall pay to the Receiver General a fee of $65.00.SOR/96-496, s. 3
