Whereas the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 91(6) of the Financial Administration Act, is satisfied that Canada Post Systems Management Limited, as a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, is empowered to undertake the transaction described in the annexed Order;Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Honourable Harvie Andre and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 91(1)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order authorizing Canada Post Systems Management Limited to acquire shares.Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the Canada Post Systems Management Limited Authorization Order, 1990.

Authorization

2Canada Post Systems Management Limited is hereby authorized to acquire shares, at an aggregate cost of $120,000, in G.D. Net B.V., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands and having its head office located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
