1This Order may be cited as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Police Information Retrieval System Fees Order.

Fee

2A province or municipality shall pay to the Receiver General for the use, by a police force for which the province or municipality is responsible, of the Police Information Retrieval System owned by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police a fee of $450 per year in respect of each sworn police officer in the police force.
