(<DefinedTermFr>examen judiciaire</DefinedTermFr>)</Text></Definition><Definition lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920259" lims:id="920259" generate-in-text="no"><Text><DefinedTermEn>Commissioner of the Bermuda Police Force</DefinedTermEn> means the person who is in charge of the operation of the police force for Bermuda; (<DefinedTermFr>commissaire de la police des Bermudes</DefinedTermFr>)</Text></Definition><Definition lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920260" lims:id="920260" generate-in-text="no"><Text><DefinedTermEn>member</DefinedTermEn> means a member as defined in the <XRefExternal reference-type="act" link="R-10">Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act</XRefExternal>. (<DefinedTermFr>membre</DefinedTermFr>)</Text></Definition></Section><Heading lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920261" lims:id="920261" level="1"><TitleText>Fees</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920262" lims:id="920262"><Label>3</Label><Text>The Commissioner of the Bermuda Police Force shall pay the following fees expressed in Canadian dollars for the services specified:</Text><Paragraph lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920263" lims:id="920263"><Label>(a)</Label><Text>for each case examination performed by the Forensic Laboratory Services of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, one thousand dollars;</Text></Paragraph><Paragraph lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920264" lims:id="920264"><Label>(b)</Label><Text>for each case examination performed by the Identification Services of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, two hundred and fifty dollars; and</Text></Paragraph><Paragraph lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920265" lims:id="920265"><Label>(c)</Label><Text>for the presence in Bermuda of a member for the purpose of testifying in court in respect of a service provided pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b),</Text><Subparagraph lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920266" lims:id="920266"><Label>(i)</Label><Text>one hundred and seventy-five dollars per day, including travelling time, and</Text></Subparagraph><Subparagraph lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="920267" lims:id="920267"><Label>(ii)</Label><Text>all transportation, lodging and meal expenses of the member that relate to the court appearance, at Government of Canada rates as set out in the Treasury Board <XRefExternal reference-type="other">Personnel Management Manual</XRefExternal>, Chapter 370, Appendix C, dated April 1989.</Text></Subparagraph></Paragraph></Section></Body></Regulation>
