Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Regional Industrial Expansion and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraphs 101(1)(d)* and 108(2)(b)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting the sale of the shares of The de Havilland Aircraft of Canada, Limited by the Canada Development Investment Corporation.*S.C. 1984, c. 31, s. 11Short Title

1This Order may be cited as The de Havilland Shares Sale Order.

Authorization

2The Canada Development Investment Corporation is authorized to sell the 31,999 Class A shares and 10,000 Class B common shares of The de Havilland Aircraft of Canada, Limited that it holds on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada to The Boeing Company on terms and conditions that substantially incorporate the provisions set out in section 3 of the Letter of Intent signed by Her Majesty in right of Canada, the Canada Development Investment Corporation and The Boeing Company on November 28, 1985 and that incorporate the terms of the decision of the Treasury Board.SOR/90-123, s. 2
