level="1"><TitleText>Delivery</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="866000" lims:id="866000"><Label>3</Label><Text>A hard cover copy shall be delivered without charge to those persons for the time being holding the offices specified in Schedule I.</Text></Section><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="866001" lims:id="866001"><Label>4</Label><Text>A soft cover copy shall be delivered without charge to the persons for the time being holding the offices specified in Schedule II for the use of those persons while holding those offices.</Text></Section><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="866002" lims:id="866002"><Label>5</Label><Text>A soft cover copy shall be delivered without charge, on request, to the persons for the time being holding the offices or performing the functions specified in
