or</Text></Subparagraph></Paragraph><Paragraph lims:inforce-start-date="2014-10-01" lims:fid="806429" lims:id="806429"><Label>(b)</Label><Text>the goods are shipped to Canada through another country and the importer provides, when requested by an officer,</Text><Subparagraph lims:inforce-start-date="2014-10-01" lims:fid="806430" lims:id="806430"><Label>(i)</Label><Text>documentary evidence that indicates the shipping route and all points of shipment and transhipment prior to the importation of the goods, and</Text></Subparagraph><Subparagraph lims:inforce-start-date="2014-10-01" lims:fid="806431" lims:id="806431"><Label>(ii)</Label><Text>a copy of the customs control documents that establish that the goods remained under customs control while in that other country.</Text></Subparagraph></Paragraph></Section><Heading lims:inforce-start-date="2014-09-26" lims:fid="806432" lims:id="806432" level="1"><TitleText>Coming into Force</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2014-09-26" lims:lastAmendedDate="2014-09-26" lims:fid="806433" lims:id="806433"><Label><FootnoteRef idref="fn_IndC580_hq_14609">*</FootnoteRef>3</Label><Text>These Regulations come into force on the day on which section 43 of the <XRefExternal reference-type="act" link="C-6.10">Canada–Honduras Economic Growth and Prosperity Act</XRefExternal>, chapter 14 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, comes into force, but if these Regulations are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered.</Text><Footnote id="fn_IndC580_hq_14609" placement="section" status="editorial"><Label>*</Label><Text>[Note: Regulations in force October 1, 2014, <Emphasis style="italic">see</Emphasis> SI/2014-74.]</Text></Footnote></Section></Body></Regulation>
