Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 268(2)a of the Cooperative Credit Associations Actb, hereby makes the annexed Prospectus (Cooperative Credit Associations) Regulations.S.C. 2005, c. 54, s. 194S.C. 1991, c. 48ProspectusThe information to be disclosed prior to a distribution of securities is to be set out in a prospectus and is to include the contents required for a prospectus under any legislation set out in column 2 of the schedule.The procedure for the disclosure of information required for a distribution of securities is to be the procedure for a disclosure by prospectus that is required for a distribution of securities under any legislation set out in column 2 of the schedule.The disclosure of information required for a distribution is to be in the form required for a prospectus under any legislation set out in column 2 of the schedule.A prospectus filed under any legislation set out in column 2 of the schedule is to comply with the requirements set out in that legislation.ExemptionA person that is subject to an exemption from any or all prospectus requirements under any legislation set out in column 2 of the schedule, or to an order of the relevant provincial securities regulator, is also exempt from those requirements for the purposes of these Regulations.Repeals[Repeal][Repeal]Coming into ForceThese Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.(Sections 1 to 3)
