Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 34(a) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Acta, hereby makes the annexed CATSA Aerodrome Designation Regulations.S.C. 2002, c. 9DesignationThe aerodromes set out in the schedule are designated for the purposes of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act.Coming into ForceThese Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.(Section 1)
