Whereas the title to the lands whose land titles are set out in the schedule hereto is vested in Her Majesty in right of Canada;Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the definition airport sitea in subsection 5.4(1) of the Aeronautics Act, hereby declares that the lands whose land titles are set out in the schedule hereto are required for use as an airport.R.S., c. 33 (1st Supp.), s. 1The lands of the Pickering airport site, to which the land titles are set out in this schedule, excepting the lands described in instruments registered under the numbers D165716 and D494890 in the Registry Division of Durham, being lands in the Province of Ontario, are shown outlined in blue on a plan indexed as Item No. 97-30-1, dated July 30, 1997, on record at Public Works and Government Services Canada at North York, Province of Ontario.
