His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, hereby orders that any portion of the lands described in the schedule hereto lying within 30.48 metres (100 feet) of the ordinary high water mark along the shore line of Echo Bay, an inlet of Great Bear Lake, in the former Settlement of Port Radium in the Northwest Territories, be included in the grant of the said lands.The whole of Lots 1-22 and Lots 25-28, Block 1 in the former Settlement of Port Radium in the Northwest Territories as said lots are shown on a plan of survey of record number 39359 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 61.
