(aéronef)Honeywell means Honeywell Inc. (Honeywell)tax means the tax imposed under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act. (taxe)testing equipment means a Trimble receiver, bearing part number 24840-51 and serial number 3535A12075, and a Trimble antenna, bearing part number 22020-00 and serial number 0220085482. (matériel d’essai)RemissionRemission is hereby granted to Honeywell of the tax, and any related interest and penalties, payable by Honeywell in respect of the importation into Canada, in 1998, of aircraft and testing equipment for use in air navigation system testing, on the condition that the aircraft and testing equipment are removed from Canada as soon as is practical after that testing and within sixty days after that importation.
