His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Agriculture to prescribe by order the fees to be paid by any user to whom the Research Branch of the Department of Agriculture provides scientific or technical assistance.
