His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the National Research Council Act and paragraph (c.1)* of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased herebyS.C. 1992, c. 1, s. 69(2)to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1993-1468 of June 25, 1993**;SI/93-122, 1993 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 3214to designate the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to act as the Minister for the purposes of the National Research Council Act; andto designate the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology as the appropriate Minister with respect to the National Research Council of Canada for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act.
