Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1974-1281 of 30th May, 1974 and to authorize the Minister of Agriculture to prescribe by order the fees to be charged for services provided by Her Majesty in respect of animals and animal by-products imported into and exported from Canada.
