His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 188(4) of the Criminal Code, is pleased hereby to revoke the Pari-Mutuel Payments Order made by Order in Council P.C. 1980-3512 of 19th December, 1980*, and to make the annexed Order respecting payments to be made for the supervision of pari-mutuel systems of betting, effective April 1, 1983.*SI/81-1, 1981 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 105Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the Pari-Mutuel Payments Order.

Payments

2For the purposes of subsection 188(4) of the Criminal Code the fraction fixed is eight-tenths of one per cent.
