Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition Designated Minister in section 2 of the Business Development Bank of Canada Acta, paragraph (d) of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Actb and subparagraph (a)(ii) of the definition appropriate Minister in subsection 83(1) of the Financial Administration Actb,aS.C. 1995, c. 28bR.S., c. F-11(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-1066 of October 27, 2023c;cSI/2023-73(b)designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Designated Minister for the purposes of the Business Development Bank of Canada Acta; and(c)designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Business Development Bank of Canada for the purposes of the Financial Administration Actb.
