Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, effective November 30, 2017,aS.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207bR.S., c. P-34(a)transfers from the Department of Health to the Department of Indigenous Services Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Health known as the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch; and(b)transfers from the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development to the Department of Indigenous Services Canada the control and supervision of those portions of the federal public administration in the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development known as(i)the Education and Social Development Programs and Partnership Sector, and(ii)the Regional Operations Sector.
