His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby(a)pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, transfers from the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development to the Minister of Health the control and supervision of the portion of the federal public administration known as the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency; and(b)orders that the Minister of Health shall preside over the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency.aS.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207bR.S., c.
