Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby(a)pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, transfers the control and supervision of the Office of the Registrar of Lobbyists from the Minister of Industry to the President of the Treasury Board, and(b)orders that the President of the Treasury Board shall preside over the Office of the Registrar of Lobbyists,effective February 6, 2006.aS.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207
