Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby(a)pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, transfers from the President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada to the President of the Treasury Board the control and supervision of the portion of the public service known as the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada, and(b)orders that the President of the Treasury Board shall preside over the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada,effective July 20, 2004.
