Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Privy Council Office to the Office of Infrastructure of Canada the control and supervision of the portion of the public service in the Privy Council Office known as the Cities Secretariat, effective July 20, 2004.
