Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Minister of Industry to the Minister of the Environment the control and supervision of that portion of the public service known as the Office of Infrastructure of Canada, effective December 12, 2003, over which the Minister of the Environment shall preside.SI/2004-37
