(<DefinedTermFr>ministre</DefinedTermFr>)</Text></Definition></Section><Heading lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:fid="549482" lims:id="549482" level="1"><TitleText>Terms and Conditions</TitleText></Heading><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="549483" lims:id="549483"><Label>3</Label><Text>No lease of the lands, including renewals thereof, shall, without the prior approval of the Treasury Board, be for a term exceeding 50 years.</Text></Section><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="549484" lims:id="549484"><Label>4</Label><Text>No lease of the lands shall be issued except under an agreement whereby Her Majesty shall acquire a leasehold interest in the lands for a term expiring not more than one day prior to the expiry of the term of the lease.</Text></Section><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="549485" lims:id="549485"><Label>5</Label><Text>No sublease by the Minister of Her Majesty's leasehold interest acquired under section 4, including renewals thereof, shall, without the prior approval of the Treasury Board, be for a term exceeding 20 years.</Text></Section><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="549486" lims:id="549486"><Label>6</Label><Text>No lease or sublease for the purpose of banking shall be issued without the prior written approval of the Minister of Finance.</Text></Section><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="549487" lims:id="549487"><Label>7</Label><Text>In determining the rent payable under a sublease referred to in section 5, the Minister shall take into account all the costs of Her Majesty in respect of the acquisition and construction of the public property affected by the sublease and the anticipated costs of the administration thereof, but in no case shall the amount of the rent payable under a sublease referred to in section 5 be less than the current market rental value.</Text></Section><Section lims:inforce-start-date="2006-03-22" lims:lastAmendedDate="2006-03-22" lims:fid="549488" lims:id="549488"><Label>8</Label><Text>No sublease referred to in section 5 shall be issued without prior public advertisement thereof unless, in the opinion of the Minister, such advertisement is not practicable.</Text></Section></Body></Regulation>
