3The oath of office to be taken and subscribed by the Commissioner of Yukon is set out in Schedule I.SOR/2003-116, s. 28

Swearing

5The oath of allegiance and oath of office of the Commissioner of Yukon shall be sworn and subscribed before a judge of the Supreme Court of the Yukon Territory or, in his absence, a police magistrate.SOR/2003-116, s. 28
