1These Regulations may be cited as the Execution of Purchase of Property Documents Regulations.

Authorization

2For the purposes of acquiring property pursuant to sections 8, 13, 54 and 71 to 73 of the Act, the power and duty of The Director, The Veterans’ Land Act, to execute the documents mentioned in the schedule relative to the purposes aforesaid is hereby delegated to the persons named in the schedule who shall exercise the delegated power and duty by signing their respective names for and on behalf of the Regional Director or Acting Regional Director.
