STATISTICS ACTImport and Export Returns OrderOrder Prescribing the Time at Which and Manner in Which Import and Export Returns Shall Be SentShort Title

1This Order may be cited as the Import and Export Returns Order.

General

2Returns of all imports and exports into and from Canada and details of the means of transportation used therefor shall be sent to the Chief Statistician by mail at the time of customs clearance of such imports and exports.
